Dr. Christian Prodinger founded his tax consulting firm in 1999.<\/p>\n

The specialised range of services focusses on particularly complex areas of tax law: real estate, corporate reorganisations, legal remedies and leasing.<\/p>\n

After graduating with a doctorate in law, Dr. Prodinger took on a managerial role for the tax department of one of the country\u2019s most important leasing companies.<\/p>\n

He then gained experience as head of the tax department of an international auditing and tax consulting company as a consulting service provider.<\/p>\n

The next logical step was founding his own law firm in 1999. Ever since, Dr. Prodinger has been an adviser in the areas of tax law that are difficult to grasp due to their complexity. That is because legal opinions are often contradictory, with new case law and decrees leading to again different legal opinions.<\/p>\n

He was able to optimise many corporate structures for his clients, winning many proceedings before the tax courts.<\/p>\n

Dr. Prodinger regularly publishes his legal interpretations and solutions to controversial legal issues in law journals and books.
\nHe also enjoys passing on his knowledge in lectures and seminars. A main focus of his is offering personal consulting services to colleagues in his profession.<\/p>\n

He has access to current trends and information in the expert panel of the Chamber of Tax Consultants and Accountants, where he can contribute his expert opinion.<\/p>\n<\/div>
